About the project:
Kulbir held a national leadership role within a multi-site organisation, where she was responsible for driving strategic partnerships, strengthening commercial performance, and supporting organisational growth. During a period of structural and market change, she led the development of new services, introduced new customers, and aligned operational delivery with long-term commercial objectives. Her leadership combined market insight, relationship building, and operational clarity to position the organisation for sustained growth.
