Meet Kulbir Kaur

Hi, I am Kulbir, a Business Growth Specialist with nearly 30 years of experience, across sales, marketing, operations, and strategic leadership in both the public and private sectors.

My work focuses on helping business owners and leadership teams solve complex challenges and build businesses structured for sustainable growth.

I began my career in advertising and media, progressing from telesales to key account management, working with major public sector clients including South Yorkshire Police and Fire Services. This early experience built a strong commercial foundation in sales, strategy, and client management.

I later moved into national employability and disability support programmes, managing complex government contracts and leading corporate partnerships with organisations including BT. During this time, I contributed to the development of a pioneering Dyslexia Assessment Initiative that was formally commended in the Scottish Parliament.

My experience expanded into legal and contract management within the education sector, working closely with Sheffield Hallam University and supporting national support programmes. Alongside this, I gained operational leadership experience in hospitality management.

Most recently, as Director of Growth for an international investment company, I guided portfolio businesses through strategic transformation and commercial expansion. Today, I continue to advise businesses across education, healthcare, hospitality, and investment portfolios. I am also a Board Advisor for Momentous Learning, a fabulous Apprenticeship Provider in the UK
