About the project:
During her time supporting private equity investments and business growth, Kulbir led the design and launch of Sussex Training Academy covering the Sussex region. She advised and managed the end to end project with the help of the internal team and led to a successful launch of the business. She supported with a project plan, project design, marketing, process design and website development. Once launched, she also helped the team with sales guidance and ongoing continuous improvement ideas.
