Contract Leadership & Commercial Strategy
About the project:
During her time at Sheffield Hallam University, Kulbir worked across the Department of Law and Criminology and the university’s legal team, providing contract management and commercial oversight. She was part of the award-winning Customer Relationship Management team responsible for securing and managing the Ministry of Justice police apprenticeship contract, and later acted as the university’s commercial representative within the legal function, reviewing contractual matters and providing commercial guidance where legal escalation was not required. Her work combined strategic oversight, compliance, and cross-departmental leadership within a complex public sector environment.
